You may expect to receive your custom hat within 4 weeks of your order.

Standard shipping is via UPS Ground.
Cost of shipping and handling varies according to location and box size. Average cost is $25.00 to $50.00

Standard shipping is via USPS.

How to Measure
Your Head:
Use a measuring tape.
If possible ask someone to help you.
Measure the circumference of your head.
Be sure the tape is not too tight and is placed in 3 crucial areas:
3.1: Above your eyebrows.
3.2: Above your ears.
3.3: Across the widest point at the back of your head (the occipital bone).
Note the shape of your head, look from a bird’s eye view.If it is round your are true to size,
if it is oval you may have to go up a size (1/4” = 1 size)Median sizes:
Women: 21 1/2” - 23 1/2”
Men: 21 1/2” - 24 1/2”
